Heat seal aluminum foil tape comes in two types: single-sided adhesive and double-sided adhesive. Single-sided adhesive tape uses aluminum foil as the substrate, with a special polyurethane adhesive applied to the surface of the aluminum foil. Double-sided adhesive tape also uses aluminum foil as the substrate, with a special polyurethane adhesive applied to one side of the aluminum foil, and pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the other side, which is then laminated with a release liner/paper.

1. Material composition and characteristics of HSL foil tape
