- Characteristics :
The release liner makes the tape easy to die cut, slit, weed and position accurately. The aluminum foil surface reflects heat and improves barrier performance. Available grades can cover around -30°C to 180°C/220°C, while silicone adhesive versions support more demanding hot and cold environments. Stable peel adhesion helps reduce edge lifting during long-term sealing and protection.
- Application:
Used for heat insulation fixing, sealing reinforcement and moisture protection in refrigerators, freezers, HVAC units, automotive wiring harnesses, heating tubes, insulation cotton and air duct systems. It is also suitable for electronic shielding, industrial insulation seams, heat-resistant bonding around appliances, and die-cut parts that require liner-supported assembly.
